Shop with peace of mind knowing we are based in Australia and all purchases are covered by our Return and Exchange Policy and Manufacturer's Warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will exchange it with a new product at no cost. 

Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or if the product does not fit. For this reason, we recommend you measure the intended space to ensure fit and that you will be able to reach functional buttons before placing your order.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All our products are covered by our 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If, during this period, your product suffers from any fault, we will exchange it at no cost.

Please note that the warranty does not cover appliances (e.g. your dryer), any 'wear and tear' or damage arising from inappropriate use.

Overseas customers will be required to cover any return shipping costs to Australia in relation to the warranty claim.
